Technical Features
- High-strength permanent bond: Formulated under the JB Weld Permalock line for heavy-duty applications, providing a superior lock that resists loosening under severe shock and vibration loads.
- Threaded fastener sealing: Fills the gaps between mating threads to create a reliable seal, preventing fluid intrusion and corrosion at the fastener interface.
- Red high-strength designation: Red color coding indicates maximum-strength formulation, clearly distinguishing this product from medium- or low-strength threadlocker variants for proper job-site selection.
- Compact 13 mL format: Precision-applicator bottle minimizes waste and allows controlled dispensing directly onto fastener threads in confined spaces.
- Controlled disassembly: Bonded fasteners require localized heating and hand tools for separation, maintaining the integrity of the assembly until intentional service is required.
Applications
- Locking and sealing threaded fasteners on mechanical assemblies subject to high shock or vibration.
- Body assemblies and structural mechanical components requiring permanent fastener retention.
- Heavy-duty industrial and automotive applications where fastener loosening poses a safety or performance risk.
- Hundreds of general mechanical applications involving bolts, screws, and studs requiring a permanent, vibration-resistant bond.
