06985 PAINTER MULTI TOOL 17-IN-1

Description

Overview

The Hyde 17-in-1 Painter Multi Tool (06985) is designed for professional painters and general tradespeople requiring a single, multi-function hand tool capable of handling the most common painting and finishing tasks on the worksite.

Technical Features

• Patented 17-in-1 design: Consolidates seventeen distinct tool functions into a single hand tool, reducing the number of individual tools required on the worksite.
• Stainless steel blade construction: Provides corrosion resistance and durability, making the tool suitable for use with wet materials such as putty and paints without accelerated degradation.
• 3-inch blade width: Sized for effective flat-surface scraping and spreading tasks common in professional painting applications.
• Flat and contour scraping capability: The blade geometry accommodates both flat surfaces and contoured areas, broadening the range of surfaces that can be addressed with a single tool.
• Putty spreading function: Integrated spreading edge allows application and smoothing of putty or filler material without a separate tool.
• Crack opening function: Designed to open out cracks prior to filling, preparing surfaces for proper adhesion.
• Nail pulling and pounding: Incorporates nail-pulling and nail-pounding capability, eliminating the need for a separate hammer or pry tool for minor fastener tasks.
• Bottle opening function: Includes a bottle-opening feature, a practical addition for spray equipment operators requiring frequent access to sealed containers.
