Technical Features
- EPDM Rubber Construction: Will not crack, rot, or lose rebound qualities over time, ensuring consistent elasticity and clamping force across the strap’s service life.
- Non-Brittle to -40F: Retains flexibility in extreme cold temperatures, making this strap reliable for low-temperature and winter-weather use cases.
- Corrosion-Resistant Strap Material: EPDM rubber resists corrosive environments, reducing degradation when exposed to chemicals, moisture, and harsh conditions.
- Sunlight, Ozone, and Weather Resistant: Engineered to withstand UV exposure and atmospheric ozone, extending the usable lifespan in outdoor environments without protective storage.
- Zinc-Plated Steel Hooks: The zinc plating provides a rust-resistant barrier, while the strong steel construction prevents bending or breaking under normal load-securing use.
- Bulk Pack Configuration: Supplied in bulk packaging, reducing per-unit cost and supporting high-volume or fleet-level procurement.
Applications
- Securing tarps, cargo nets, and lightweight loads on trailers, trucks, and flatbeds.
- All-season outdoor load securing where UV exposure, ozone, or extreme cold would degrade standard rubber straps.
- Agricultural, equestrian, and general utility bundling applications requiring a corrosion-resistant, rebound-stable strap.
- High-volume job sites or fleets where bulk-pack availability reduces restocking frequency.
